Maybe I’m too geeky, but that Star Trek one didn’t need the second frame.

2. John Dale - 29 August, 2005

I thought the same thing.

Not too geeky (unless I am too) – you’re right, it didn’t! But that’s the way it’s printed in the book… or am I allowed to make personal artistic choices and (re)publish only part of it?

I’m going to answer my own question now.

I love bunny suicides!

5. Vicky Theay - 31 August, 2005

Brilliant!

As you’ll see on my blog – I have a real living-breathing suicidal bunny (although she might not be living or breathing for much longer if she carries on with her suicide attempts, of course!)!

Oh dear… maybe stair gates and other baby-proof measures might be in order?

You do need the second panel in the Star Trek one. Star Trek buffs get the joke early, but all the other people who know the transporter more vaguely need a bit more assistance.

Cheers,
Andy

!!

You’re not THE Andy Riley? Hello! I’m all star-struck now… ๐Ÿ™‚

As instructed ๐Ÿ˜‰ I have replaced the second image. My apologies if I overstepped the mark by removing it, and please do let me know if I’m infringing your copyright by reproducing the images here – if so I will remove them straightaway.

And thanks for making me and lots of other people laugh ourselves silly…

My sister bought me the two books for Christmas (independantly of this post) and I enjoyed them a lot. The second book has some more subtle ones, and also some very painful-looking ones, but I think my favourite is from the first book: there’s a line of soldiers giving what looks like a nazi salute, one of the soldiers is replaced by a bunny, who is sticking two fingers up.

I fondly remember that one too…
